We manufacture all our products at our 20,000 sq ft factory premises using state of the art machinery to ensure the quality of the product is second to none. All glass and plastic waste is collected for recycling cementing our commitment to environmental issues.

Our production staff are trained to NVQ Level II and we have the infrastructure and capability to produce 1500 windows, 150 doors and 1000 - 1500 glazed units per week. Quality checks are performed at every stage of the process with a final inspection on completion.

Furniture and ancillary items are then built into your frames as requested at the design stage.

Our glass centre is similarly linked to our CAD design department ensuring that glazed units are manufactured to your specific requirements.

Our manufacturing unit has the capacity to handle the production of up to 1200 frames per week from a single shift system.
