Window and door production

Once the specifications have been entered into the CAD system the design batches are sent to the saw centre where the profile is cut and labelled and sent to the preparation area for checking and preparing for the next phase of assembly, this includes a semi automated process inserting drainage slots, V notches and drilling the profile to accept the hardware.

The door and window reinforcements are then fitted prior to welding.

We have four production lines for the welding process to accept each profile configuration and once welded the units are cleaned using our Rotox CNC machines that ensure all finished units are consistent and meet our quality standard.

Fabrication teams then assemble the doors and windows fitting them with the hardware and once complete a quality check is carried out prior to the units being stored ready for delivery.

At each step of the process the unit is stamped with a unique number enabling traceability and ensuring quality.
